About Us
In a market marked by rising interest rates and asset inflation, we sought alternatives beyond traditional stock market investments. Our focus is on exploring genuine, transparent tax strategies aimed at reducing tax liabilities.
Recognizing that our peers shared these concerns, we founded a community. Legacy Point provides affordable access to quality financial education and a range of carefully selected investment opportunities. This approach is intended to help high-income individuals diversify their portfolios and explore potential tax benefits, especially for those with cash influxes from sales.
Importantly, while we focus on real estate and other assets, members are not required to take on operational responsibilities. We aim to simplify the process.

Mark Costes
Dr. Mark Costes is far from a typical dentist and dental coach. During his career, he has been able to start or acquire over a dozen successful dental practices during some of the profession’s most challenging times. He credits much of his success to the fact that he made more mistakes in his first year of private practice ownership than most dentists make in an entire career. What separated him from the masses, however, was the fact that he viewed each failure and roadblock as a learning experience and an opportunity to improve his business and life. This philosophy, as well as his decision to model the world’s most successful entrepreneurs and dentists, has led him to where he is today.
Dr. Costes is an international keynote speaker and the founder of the Dental Success Institute, a company committed to helping dentists to achieve their full potential while recapturing their passion for dentistry. He is also the co-founder and CEO of the Dental Success Network, a vibrant community of dentists from around the globe focused on maximizing access to advanced clinical and practice management education to the profession. Dr. Costes is the International and #1 Amazon Best Selling Author of the book Pillars of Dental Success. His internet radio show, The Dentalpreneur Podcast now has a listenership from over 150 countries worldwide.
Deren Flesher
Deren Flesher is an entrepreneur and investor. After earning a BS in Psychology at Oklahoma State University and a DDS from the University of Oklahoma, Deren established and grew a thriving multi-doctor dental office.
Additionally, he co-founded a dental software company, Modento, which he has since sold to Dental Intelligence. He is now applying his knowledge of dentistry and tech to another budding dental software startup, Ordo.
After selling Modento, he educated himself on wealth-building through passive investment in a variety of real assets and tax-efficient opportunities. He now focuses on sharing his skills, connections, and knowledge with other successful professionals. Alongside his Legacy Point co-founders, he educates members on building diversified portfolios and exploring projects aimed at potential tax efficiencies, wealth preservation, and long-term growth.
Through Legacy Point, he provides entrepreneurial investors and busy professionals with educational resources on passive income strategies and tax-efficient tools to help them manage their financial future.
Chris Green
Dr. Christopher Green is co-founder of Legacy Point Group & a 3rd generation dentist. As a dentist, he is intimately familiar with how hard it is to know who you can trust and what strategies are best for generating wealth and preserving hard earned income.
Throughout his entrepreneurial journey, Dr. Green has been committed to finding and sharing best practices for starting dental practices, growing extremely profitable practices (while escaping the chair), and now growing and preserving capital by working alongside the best people in the industry.
His primary objective in leading fellows dentists & entrepreneurs is to ease their burdens. He does this by being abundant with sharing information that has helped him accelerate his career. As a result he has mentored doctors towards efficiently achieving & exceeding their goals.
In 2019 he co-founded The Practice Launchpad, which is a coaching platform that helps dentists achieve their dream of practice ownership. In 2019, Dr. Green became a black belt coach in the Dental Success Institute Elite Mastermind group. These ventures help fulfill his mission of giving back to the dental community.
As a dentist he has been exposed to the various ways dentists are solicited on ways to invest and deploy their hard earned income and knows how difficult it is to try and determine what strategies are best for preserving a nest egg. His goal with Legacy Point is to bring the best people in the industry on alternative investments and advanced tax planning so that everyone can take advantage of these wealth creation strategies.
